Cutting the volume without erasing the distinctions that matter

A dense lecture packet usually holds several layers: the central mechanism, the details that modulate it, the values you have to know and the exceptions. A single ten-page sheet does not solve the volume problem; it moves it. Start from the outline and turn each learning objective into an independent revision unit.

Writing practice questions that expose a real confusion

A useful distractor matches a plausible confusion: two neighboring structures, two steps in the wrong order, a wrong unit or an opposite consequence. An obviously absurd option lets you answer without knowing the course. So after generating, delete the trivial options and check that only one answer is defensible according to the material.

Do not stop at the score. For every mistake, explain why your choice looked plausible and which piece of information rules it out. That justification shows whether you forgot a fact or built an incorrect mental model. Then regenerate a question on the same link in a different context.
